Oxford Village Motels Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel within 7 days prior of your reservation date, you will be charged 1 night's accommodation per unit booked. If you have booked for more than one night, 50% of the tariff will be charged. If you fail to arrive at all, you will be charged the full tariff. Multi night stays that are cut short on arrival may be charged the remaining nights booked if the room(s) cannot be re-let.

Naturally we will make every attempt to re-sell the room(s) and if successful a full refund will be made. Guests are always advised to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unavoidable changes in their travel plans

Credit Card Security: Your credit card details will be taken to secure your booking. No charge will be made to your credit card but details will be retained on file.

Changes in reservation term: Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms, Earlier departure than the reserved date will result in you being charged for the full reservation unless approved by motel management and are able to re-let the booked accommodation at an equivalent tariff. We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period.

Smoking: This is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the reglstered guest.

General: All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated wiih inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Travel Insurance

Unfortunately things can go wrong when on holiday. You could fall ill, have an accident or have money or luggage stolen; your visit may be need to be cancelled or cut short through injury or illness. It is our recommendation to guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves from these unforeseen circumstances.
